Erie is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Erie follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I can't speak to the other services, but the intellectual disability & autism services are top notch at ECCM. They have a lot of knowledgeable people and they hire locally so you'll have a caseworker in your area familiar with local resources. They do a lot of contracting with the county, but many counties are overwhelmed with too many people. ECCM has the staff to give the cases they receive the attention they deserve. Couldn't be happier! :)

I was officially diagnosed with level 2 ASD (semi-severe autism) and eventually was asked to pick a company. I picked ECCM and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I was with ECCM for over 5 months and they did absolutely nothing to help me. My Supports Coordinator just told me to ask my mom for help with anything I needed. That was her answer for everything. I literally cried and begged her to find someone to help me every time we spoke. My mom and I had a meeting with her where we explained that my mom isn't able to help me anymore than she has. We both said to her face, "Stop telling my mom to do your job. If she could she would have." Come to find out in the report she wrote "Ethan's mother will continue to be coordinating his supports." Straight up lied on her paperwork. She did literally nothing to help me in any way whatsoever. I had her reassign me to a local support group then she ghosted me. I haven't heard anything from her or the new company and now I've lost my insurance, still haven't received any professional help, and am exactly where I started. Having a diagnosis didn't help me in any way. None of this will matter so I won't bother expecting any helpful r

My 4 boys and I have been homeless since early September. I contacted ECCM beforehand, when I received the eviction notice, the day we were removed from our home, by the Constible, and again after that. I can't get anyone to call me yet alone actually receive any type of help. Literally not one single organization in the city has offered any type of help and now I'm at risk of losing custody of my kids. The system has failed us yet again.

This place is a joke. They are NOT a state entity - they are a private business contracted by Erie County to manage services for their clients. However, theyβve monopolized the market and leave you nowhere else to turn for help. My son has autism and severe anxiety and itβs like pulling teeth to get anything done. I have to make multiple phone calls and threaten to go to my state rep to get anything done that involves this place. If you know of another resource, use them. Do not use this business. They do not care about their clients - only their paychecks

I, unfortunately, have needed their assistance for the past few months. I found out about their services by chance, even though I often walked by their office and wondered about what services they offered. Without going into detail about my ShitShow of a Life .... Staring: Me! ......... WOW!!!! They were AMAZING from the moment I walked in the door!!! I went in with questions about one major issue and had two other issues that were also pressing and the staff was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable that I walked out with THREE very important issues answered & taken care of- when I just thought I might, hopefully, get one question answered!!! And I went in several times after, sometimes needing help and sometimes just needing an important question answered when I had no where else to go, and each time was helped and treated with kindness and respect- which was very much appreciated!!! They really came through for me when I had no where else to turn ....... And I can't thank them enough.

Good organization, but to restrictive as to what they will and won't do. Also doesn't always properly explain what they mean when they put funding forth for certain things. They are fair but don't notify people when they cut off funding that they gave to their consumer. Also rarely returns calls. But will however help people out with funding to buy new clothes, etc. I really hope that they become more responsible towards their consumers by returning calls and notifying them when funding is withdrawn. Also I wish they would find the funds to help the consumer to buy decent clothes in case of the consumer getting a job interview and land a job. I also wish that they would help with funds to get the consumer clothes that are seasonal and decent to wear at all times and places. I also attend a church where they wear suits and ties for the services. Also I ask for funding to do my best to be the man that I have to and should be,and that they would help me make a difference in my neighborhood. I'm being fair and nice, kind, and honest in my assessment of my goals and needs and review of eccm. I can only speak about my experience with them, especially since I moved to Erie. I also wish that th
